Billing
One subscription covers every project in a workspace. Your plan sets how many projects and members you can have. People who only comment are always free and never use a seat, even when they sign in.
Plans
Prices are per workspace, per month, before tax.

Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price. The price Stripe shows at checkout is the one that counts.
Upgrade
Only a workspace owner can change the plan.
- Open Organization & Billing at the foot of the sidebar, then Billing.
- Choose a currency, a plan, and monthly or yearly billing.
- Select the upgrade button and pay in Stripe.
Change plan
On a paid plan, select Upgrade to … or Downgrade to … on another plan’s card. Stripe opens on that change and shows the prorated amount. After you confirm, you return to Billing. The plan keeps its monthly or yearly billing.
Manage or cancel
Select Manage or cancel plan to open Stripe. There you can change the plan or the billing interval, update the payment method or cancel.
If a payment fails, Billing also shows Fix payment. It opens Stripe so you can update the payment method.
After a downgrade
Gutternote doesn’t delete projects or remove members when you move to a smaller plan. You keep everything, but you can’t add projects or members past the new plan’s limit.
