Members and projects

A workspace holds your projects and the members who manage them. People who only comment are not members. See Sites and access.

Projects

A project has one widget key, its own settings and its own feedback. Use one project per site.

Create a project. Open the project menu at the top of the sidebar and choose New project.
Rename a project. Choose Rename project in the same menu. The key and the snippet stay the same, so nothing needs reinstalling.
Delete a project. Only a workspace owner can choose Delete project. This permanently removes the project’s notes, settings and connections. There is no undo.

The Free plan allows one project. Paid plans allow unlimited projects. See Billing.

Members

Open Organization & Billing at the foot of the sidebar, then Team.

Role	Can do
Member	Open and change every project, its settings and its connections.
Owner	Everything a member can, plus invite and remove people, change roles, manage billing and delete projects.

Invite someone

Only an owner can invite.

Under Invitations, enter the email address and choose a role.
Select Invite.
If no email went out, copy the link and send it yourself.

Only the invited address can use the link. It expires after 7 days. To cancel it, select Withdraw.

Change roles, remove or leave

An owner can select Make owner or Make member beside a person.
An owner can select Remove beside another person.
Anyone can select Leave beside their own name.

A workspace always keeps one owner. The last owner can’t leave or become a member until someone else is made an owner.

Let a company domain join

Owners can let colleagues join without an invitation. Under Company domains, enter your domains, turn on Let them join automatically and select Save domains. New people from a domain join as members when they sign in with Google. A domain admits nobody until someone from it is already on the team. Personal domains such as gmail.com can’t be added.

When every seat is taken, nobody new can join until you upgrade or remove someone.
